Work with us

Sit with the team adopting the decision.

Two formats for leadership teams adopting AI as core infrastructure. Recurring partnership when the mandate has landed but the point of view has not. Structured cohort programme when the C-suite needs to see the work, not the slides.

Service formats

Format 01 · Recurring partnership

Strategic AI Advisory.

Weekly working sessions with the leadership team making consequential AI decisions. Three to six months, renewable. You walk out with decisions, not decks.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly working sessions, in person in Berlin or remote
  • 3–6 months, renewable. Ends when the internal team operates the point of view on its own.
  • Async written channel between sessions for working documents and ADRs
  • CTOs, CIOs, Chief Data Officers, Heads of Engineering & Platform
  • The "we need to be serious about AI but the internal POV hasn't crystallised" moment
  • A living AI roadmap you own and update
  • Architecture decision records for every significant choice
  • A build-vs-buy matrix for the AI functions in scope
  • A governance playbook with review cadences and sign-off rules

Format 02 · Structured cohort programme

Executive AI Training.

Six half-day workshops for a cohort of six to eight. Two senior practitioners per session. Day five is a live agentic-development demonstration on Brew Chai, running against our own codebase.

  • Two blocks of three half-days, one month apart
  • Cohort of 6–8, two senior trainers per session
  • Day 5 demo: live agentic development running on Brew Chai against a real Creative Human codebase
  • C-suite, VPs, senior functional leaders, boards
  • Teams who need a shared mental model before commissioning the build
  • A shared vocabulary for AI strategy across the leadership table
  • Lived experience of an agentic dev loop, not a slide about one
  • A briefing pack the cohort co-authored, ready to take into board prep

// which one fits

Two questions you can ask yourself.

Is the mandate landed but the point of view missing? Advisory. We sit weekly with the leadership team making the decisions. The engagement ends when you can operate the point of view internally.
Does the leadership table need a shared mental model first? Training. Six half-days, two senior trainers, a real agentic loop on day five. The cohort leaves with a briefing pack, not a binder.

Both start the same way.
